Back in Beijing

The last time I was in Beijing was 2003. I feel fortunate to be back in 2012 and to be here on a conference. 

Beijing is just a phenomenal city! When I looked at the city map in Wangfujing last night really brought home the scale of the capital of China. Here is just a snippet of some pictures taken from my iPhone 4S. There are some much nicer pictures to come from my Fuji X100.

Today was really Day One of the conference. I must say it is humbling to be amongst so many talented, forward thinking educators. After a full day of sharing, it is time to head back to the hotel and then off for dinner for more networking.
